Coach Jay grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and attended MICDS where he played soccer and
lacrosse. After graduating in 2011, Jay continued his education and lacrosse career at the
University of Missouri where he majored in communications and graduated in 2015. Jay brings
three years of coaching experience, with this being his first season at the collegiate level. He
previously coached at the youth level, leading a U-13 team to an undefeated championship
season in 2024. In his free time, Jay enjoys riding his bike with his fiancé, hosting gatherings,
and cooking.
