Whatever adage you believe, they all apply to the Missouri Tigers this week.
When the team take strips over spring break it goes in search of tougher competition in order to improve. In addition to the stiffer competition, the team has faced several other obstacles that have demanded more from each player.
Just one more challenge to go — Vanderbilt on Saturday.
If these obstacles don’t kill them, they’ll emerge as a stronger brotherhood of lacrosse players.
