Men enjoy a full day of lacrosse at annual Show-Me State Games

The day was about camaraderie and seeing old friends. No one cared if you wore your elbow pads, or even if your shoes were tied. They didn’t even care much if you missed an easy goal. Instead, it was a day to hang with friends and enjoy the game they love with a little less stress.

The annual Show-Me State Games lacrosse tournament was held Saturday, June 11, and many current and former Mizzou players were on the familiar fields of Hinkson Creek. MU players were represented on several teams including C.R.E.A.M., Samurai, La Brougue and Tin Can.

Perennial powerhouse Gatorade took the gold medal this year, La Brogue won silver and Goodfellas won bronze.
