COLUMBIA- Sophomore attackman Noah Iversen (St. Louis/Desmet Jesuit) was named honorable mention for the MCLA Division I Commanding Performance of the Week powered by Under Armour for the period ending Feb. 5.
The award is given out weekly to the player of the week in the MCLA. Iversen was one of four players nationally and the first Missouri player ever to receive this honor.
Iversen is off to a strong start in 2017, with 18 points through two games. He tallied three goals and six assists in the Tigers’ 20-0 shutout over Missouri S&T and followed that performance up two days later with two goals and six assists against Illinois State.
Up next for Mizzou is a road trip to Nashville to face Vanderbilt and Auburn.
