Josh Nelson will continue to lead the University of Missouri Men’s Lacrosse team as its president for the 2011-2012 season.
Six men were elected to Leadership Team positions this week. James Stannard will assume the treasurer position after serving as treasurer-elect this year. This year’s freshman representative Matt Vollmer will assume the treasurer-elect position. The new freshman rep will be named at the beginning of the fall semester.
In order to help relieve some of the duties of the president, three vice president positions have been combined to existing LT positions.
All off-field actions of the club are managed by the Leadership Team — from buying uniforms to reserving field space to organizing community service events. The team’s on-field activities and practices are managed by the coach.
