Zach Nisson scores as he falls to the ground during the game against Dayton Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010.

In the first game, against the University of Dayton, the MU offense struggled and scored only 5 goals to Dayton’s 10. AttacksĀ  Zach Nisson (#6) and Tim Adams (#2) each had two goals and one assist. Gerry Leonard (#3) and Josh Nelson (#33) scored a goal each.

MU pulled together better offense and defense against Illinois in the second game, keeping the game close all the way. But there wasn’t enough time in the shortened Fall Ball game and MU came up short, 5-6. Jake Huebert (#13) scored two goals in that game. Nisson, Leonard and Cory Kaufman (#9) each scored one goal.
