The Missouri Tigers easily beat the small but determined team from Missouri S&T Saturday afternoon, 16-3 at Stankowski Field. The Tigers scored early and often against the over matched Miners.
This was the first home game for the Tigers and a chance to show the fans the large number of both returning upper classmen and a strong field of freshman. Included in the group of upper classmen is the return of attackman Zach Nisson to team after missing last season with a shoulder injury.
