Coach Keith Euker had words of praise for the Tigers for a hard-fought, well-played game, one of the best MU has played against Lindenwood.

It was a close game, with both teams going nearly goal-for-goal through the first half. At the half Lindenwood was up by one goal, 4-3. The score remained close going into the fourth quarter, with Lindenwood up 6-4.
The Tigers scored just 43 seconds into the fourth, bringing the score to 6-5. Lindewood scored again at the 4:40 mark and again at 8:01 to take a 8-5 lead. Down 9-5 with 2:31 to play, the Tigers rallied and were able to score twice.
Troy Clesen (#26) and Ryan Turnquist (#20) had two goals and two assists each. Ryan McKibben (#12) also scored twice and Cory Kaufman (#9) contributed one goal and one assist.
