2019 Mizzou Lacrosse camp a major success!

The Mizzou Lacrosse overnight summer camp came back in 2018 after nearly a decade without it. 45 was the final tally of those registered participants from all over the Midwest. It was a great start but this camps desire is to become the premier lacrosse summer camp destination in all the Midwest!

Going into our 2019 camp, we grew to 60 participants total and featured Professional Lacrosse All-Star Chazz Woodson coaching over the weekend. Despite it literally being the hottest weekend of the year(with on field temps of 108 degrees) which caused the outdoor sessions to be severely limited, these campers worked hard from start to finish and it was a great weekend for all involved.

“We already have several ways to continue to improve the camp going into next year, including more professionals and collegiate Head Coaches, team building/social events, and lengthening the camp” Head Coach Nick Anagnostis stated. Look out to register when next years summer camp gets close and don’t miss out on what will surely be the best one yet!
